Liver Pate



Ingredients 

500g 
2 big Onions
1 chicken stock cube 
salt and pepper to taste 
3 hard boiled eggs 
3 teaspoons oil


Method 

Cook onion until soft. Add liver, stock cube and seasoning. Mince onion, liver and eggs together. 
Add 1 cap full of Sherry (optional).
Put into a container and refrigerate.
