Pebble Tart
Ingredients
4 ounces - Margarine
2 tablespoons - sugar
1 egg
2 cups - flour
2 teaspoons - baking powder
2 tablespoons - oil
Pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Method
Mix it all together and make into a dough.
Press out onto swiss roll pan.
Heat up apricot jam and spread on top.
Grate some dough on top of the jam.
Bake at 180 degrees Celius for half an hour.
Leave to cool down before placing into the fridge
Before serving cut into squares.
