Sponge Cake



Ingredients

4 ounces - Margarine. (soft margarine)
4 ounces - sugar.
6 ounces - flour. 
2 level teaspoons - baking powder. 
half a cup - milk. 
2 eggs. 
1 teaspoon - vanilla essence. 


Method
Put stork margarine in a bowl and beat it with sugar.
Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla essence.
Pour mixture into pan  

Bake at 170 degrees Celius for 25 - 30 minutes.
