Fridge Cake


Ingredients

1 Packet of plain marie biscuits.
4 ounces - 115 grams margarine.
3 ounces - 85 grams sugar.
1 egg.
1 and a half tablespoons coco.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.


Method

Crush up biscuits into small bits.
Heat up all the other ingredients in a pot, except the eggs.
Take pot off the stove and add eggs then stir
immediately so that the eggs don't scramble.
Pour the chocolate source over the marie biscuits and mix it all together.
Press into a flat pan.
Put it into the fridge and leave to set for at least 2 hours, cut into squares before serving.

Great for kids parties.
