Flan



Ingredients 

4 ounces - flour.
4 ounces - castor sugar.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons - cold water.
1 level teaspoon - Baking powder.
1 teaspoon - vanilla essence.

Method

Beat up sugar and eggs until it's thick and creamy.
Fold into sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
Add vanilla essence and cold water.
Fold into mixture and put into greased flan tin.
Leave to cool before turning out.
Bake for +/- 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celius.

Any fruits of choice with or without cream for your topping.
